Where does Wahlburgers ship?
- Street addresses, P.O. Boxes (please check box during checkout) and Military APO/FPO address
- All 50 states including the District of Columbia (excluding all US Territories)
- To select countries outside the US.
The following items are not eligible for international shipping

When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please note that during periods of high volume, it will take longer (sales, major promotions, Friends & Family, during the holidays, etc.) Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped the next business day. If you need your order to go out the same day you place it, please place your order before noon ET using an expedited service (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) and we’ll be sure to do our best to get you your merchandise in time.
When will my order be delivered?
When you check out you will be able to choose between multiple delivery methods.
- USPS First Class Mail (Only for orders that weight 1lb or less) - Delivery within 5-7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail - Delivery within 2-3 business days
- UPS Ground - Delivery within 2-5 business days
How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email might wind up in your "Spam" email folder, so be sure to add Wahlburgers to your "safe" list.
What if I’d like to change my order after it’s placed?
We apologize, but we cannot make changes, adjustments, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted. We may still be able to help, though! Shoot us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
Absolutely! When you set up your Wahlburgers account, you’re able to enter separate shipping addresses and save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.
Why are my purchases being sent to me in multiple shipments?
You may have ordered a number of items that don’t fit into one box or may ship from different locations.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange my order?
To return or exchange your product(s), please send an email to: email@example.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item your looking to return/Exchange
- Reason for return/Exchange
- Best Contact Information to assist you with your return/exchange
Full-price items with a Wahlburgers receipt:
- Within 30 days of purchase: Full Merchandise Credit
- All Sale Items are final. No returns or exchanges
Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.
Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total. If you choose to send your goods through another carrier, we recommend you select a service that provides tracking information.
If you need your exchange in a hurry, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to get your new products out to you quickly! You will be charged for the merchandise on its way to you (shipping is on us, of course), and you’ll be credited for your original purchase as soon as we receive your return.
Any product paid for with a third-party gift card is not able to be returned or refunded for any reason. If part of an order total is paid for with a third-party gift card, only the portion of the order paid for with a credit card can be refunded and only in accordance with the return policy for the client store.
How long will my exchange take?
During high-volume seasons (holidays or sales, for example) it may take up to 30 days for your exchange to be processed. Should you need to expedite your exchange, we recommend that you purchase your new items from our website and then send the unwanted or incorrect items back to us for a refund. (To be eligible for an expedited exchange, you must be the original purchaser—we are only able to process a refund to the original form of payment).
Can I exchange a Gift Card?
All sales of Gift Cards are final and are not eligible for exchanges.

If a certain items is out of stock, when will it come back in stock?
To find out when a product will be back on the shelves you can email email@example.com. Also, please check back on the site regularly, you never know when your size or color choice may pop up!
Where is my closest Wahlburgers?
We offer many of our products at Wahlburgers restaurants. Use our restaurant locator to find the closest restaurant to you.
Can I order something online and pick it up at closest restaurant?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer in-restaurant pick up. Your best bet is to call your closest restaurant (use our restaurant locator to find the closest restaurant to you) and see if they have the item in stock. .
Is gift packaging available?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift packaging.

Wahlburgers does not accept cash, checks or money orders for online purchases.
Does Wahlburgers charge sales tax?

There are two ways to purchase a Wahlgear Gift Card: Applies to US addresses/customers only
- Purchase a Gift Card online
- At any of our restaurant locations
About Wahlburgers Gift Cards - Applies to US addresses/customers only
Our Gift Cards can be purchased online or in any of our restaurants. Our gift cards can be either physical or virtual gift cards. Virtual cards can sent directly to the recipient over email. Our Gift Cards are available in increments from $25 - $1000.
Delivered in just a few days, our Gift Cards can be used at any of our restaurants (and will soon be able to be used online). Your shipping options include USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Our Gift Cards come packed in a Gift Card holder.
What happens if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, Wahlburgers is unable to reissue Gift Cards that have been lost or stolen.
How do I check my Gift Card balance? Applies to US addresses/customers only
Please use our online form to check your Gift Card balance.
Can I add more money to my Wahlburgers Gift Card?
No, Wahlburgers Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.

Just so you know…
You may come across Wahlburgers coupon codes, discount codes and promotions on other websites but please note that these codes are generally not valid. Your best bet for being the first to know about sales and other promotions is to sign up for our email.
Registering & My Account
Do I have to create an account before I place an order?
Nope! You can check out as a guest, and if you change your mind, you can always register at the end of the checkout process.
Why should I become a registered user of Wahlburgers?
When you order from Wahlburgers in the future, we’ll remember your information such as billing and shipping addresses to ensure a quicker checkout next time around. You can also store other information, access your order history, and manage your email preferences.
How does Wahlburgers use my information?
How do you remember what products I place in my cart, even though I have closed out of the page?
Is wahlgear.com a secure site?
Yes. The security of your information is very important to us. We use 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Wahlburgers.
When I register with Wahlburgers, will I start receiving email?
Yes, you will automatically be added to our mailing lists. You can unsubscribe to Wahlburgers emails in your account at any time.
What if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.
Please note: If you request to have your password emailed to you, your credit card information will be deleted from your profile.
